Unless otherwise indicated, all professional communications originate from the Heart of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the Bluegrass State, world-renowned for thoroughbred horses and the Kentucky Derby®. We serve clients in Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky and across the US, as well as clients overseas.

Financial Considerations

All monetary transactions from anyone residing outside the United States of America to Business Patent Law, PLLC or Kenneth F. Pearce shall be in United States Dollars (USD, US$) and shall be conveyed via international wire or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

On retaining Business Patent Law, PLLC, the international wire or EFT shall be made to an account number to be disclosed at a national bank located in the United States of America. Upon receipt of funds, a corresponding acknowledgment will be sent via electronic mail. All unearned funds transferred will be held in an escrow account, until Business Patent Law, PLLC has rendered service related to the matter for which the international wire or EFT was made.
